Privacy
This policy covers this website. It is short because the site is deliberately simple: it sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and does not track you. The only personal information we receive is what you choose to send us through the contact form or by email.

What this site collects on its own
Almost nothing. intuitivepathos.com is a static website. It does not set cookies, does not use analytics or advertising scripts, does not embed third-party trackers, and does not fingerprint your browser. There is no account, no login, and no profile. We do not collect any personal information from you unless you actively send it — through the contact form or by email.
The contact form
When you submit the form on our contact page, it sends the details you typed — your name, email address, organization, chosen topic and message — through Netlify Forms, our web hosting provider’s serverless form processor, which delivers the submission to us. We receive that information in order to read and respond to your inquiry.
What we collect: the fields you fill in. We do not require any field you are not willing to provide, beyond enough to reply. Why: to respond to the inquiry you chose to send us and to keep an ordinary business record of it — in data-protection terms, on the basis of your consent in submitting the form and our legitimate interest in answering it. Who else sees it: Netlify, acting on our instructions as our web host and form processor, and our email provider. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with anyone else for their own purposes. How long: for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and maintain that record, after which it is deleted on request or in the ordinary course.
If you would rather not use a web form, email us directly at matthew.lashomb@intuitivepathos.com instead.
Please do not send patient-identifiable information, protected health information, or classified or export-controlled material through the form or by email.
Server logs
Our hosting provider records standard technical information when a page is served — such as the requested address, a timestamp, a general indication of location derived from network address, and the browser’s user-agent string. These logs exist to operate and secure the site and are retained by the provider under its own policy. We do not use them to build profiles of visitors and we do not combine them with any other information.
Products are covered separately
This policy is about the website only. The Intuitive Pathos products described here are in development and are not distributed through this site. Any product that handles personal or physiological data will carry its own privacy notice, and will be governed by the agreement under which it is deployed.
Our architectural position on data movement is described on the platform page: per-subject baselines and identifiable physiological data do not cross the federation boundary, and that restriction is enforced in the type system rather than by configuration.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict the use of personal information we hold about you, to object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent. In practice, the only personal information we hold is what you sent us through the form or by email. To exercise any of these rights, email matthew.lashomb@intuitivepathos.com and we will respond within the timeframe the applicable law requires. You also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Changes
If we add anything to this site that collects information — analytics, a newsletter, embedded third-party media — we will update this page before that change goes live, and revise the date above.
