Terms & notices
The terms on which this website is offered, and the notices that apply to everything published on it.
Last updated:
1. Acceptance
By accessing intuitivepathos.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Regulatory notice
The products described on this site are in development. Pathos Vigil is investigational and has not been cleared or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration or by any other regulatory authority. It is not available for sale and is not for clinical use.
Non-clinical products, including Intuitive‑Me, Pathos Home and Pathos Workplace, are general-wellness or non-clinical offerings and make no diagnostic, therapeutic, curative or preventive claim. Pathos Vet is intended for veterinary use. Pathos Guardian is a non-clinical operator-readiness system and does not make fitness-for-duty or employment determinations.
Descriptions of intended function are statements of design intent for products under development. They are not claims of demonstrated clinical performance, safety or efficacy.
3. Not medical advice
Nothing on this site is medical, veterinary, or professional advice, a diagnosis, or a treatment recommendation, and nothing on it creates a clinician–patient relationship. Do not delay seeking care, or disregard advice you have received, because of something you read here. If you have a health concern, consult a qualified clinician; in an emergency, call your local emergency number.
4. Forward-looking statements
This site contains forward-looking statements about products, technology, regulatory pathways and plans. Those statements reflect present expectations, involve risks and uncertainties, and are not guarantees. Actual outcomes may differ materially. We undertake no obligation to update them.
5. No offer of securities
Information provided for investors and partners is for general information only. It is not an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security, and it is not investment advice. Any securities offering would be made solely through definitive documentation to eligible persons under applicable law.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, graphics, diagrams, layout, code and the Intuitive Pathos name and marks — is owned by Intuitive Pathos LLC or used with permission, and is protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may read, quote briefly with attribution, and link to this site. You may not reproduce it substantially, or use our names or marks, without written permission.
Regarding patent status, our position is stated precisely and does not vary: filings are in preparation and zero applications are currently pending. Nothing on this site should be read as a representation that any patent application is pending or that any patent has issued.
7. Unsolicited submissions
Please do not send us confidential or proprietary information before an agreement is in place. Correspondence through this site does not create a confidential relationship, and we cannot treat unsolicited material as confidential.
8. External links
Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, accuracy or practices.
9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
This site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Intuitive Pathos LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of this site.
Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions, in which case they apply to the greatest extent permitted.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The revision date above indicates when they last changed, and continued use of the site after a change indicates acceptance of it.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in New York have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
